Once your purchase is complete through the PayPal payment system, you will be returned to the Swag Print Factory Upload Page. From here you are able to enter your contact information and upload your file(s). Simply click the ‘Choose File’ button to select your artwork for uploading. 1.25″ diameter circle – 1.5″ diameter with artwork bleed

1.25″ – 1.5″ with bleed (add 1/8″ bleed of background)
Print Process:
Printed digitally, die-cut and assembled in-house.
ARTWORK GUIDELINES
Maximum Print Area: 1.25″ in diameter
Colour Format: CMYK
Preferred File Format: vector based .AI, .EPS or PDF with all type to outlines.
Usable File Formats: .PNG or .PSD files with a transparent background (our printer prints white – so a white background will print white)
File Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi/ppi
Tips to print the best things possible:
- If you are supplying vector files (we love that), please make sure to outline your type (we may have thousands of fonts, but we might not have one you are using).
- Bigger is better – if you are uncertain of the resolution you are exporting – go big. We can always down-size and image, but a 72 dpi image will not provide a satisfactory result for your print.
- If your supplied artwork is suitable, we will size and prepare it for print at no extra charge. If your supplied artwork requires digital surgery, we will inform you and provide options.
- Send us an example. If you are uncertain whether or not your artwork will print the way you want it to – email us an example at [email protected]
- Don’t Panic! If you have questions or are unsure about something, shoot us an email or drop us a line during business hours. We want to print your things so that they look the best they possibly can. If your things don’t look good, we don’t look good!

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Production times will vary depending on the volume of orders currently in house (all times are from the moment you approve your digital proof):
Typical Turnaround Times:
t-shirts: 6-16 business days (current high volume)
tote bags: 6-16 business days (current high volume)
stickers: 4-7 business days
mugs: 6-12 business days
buttons/magnets: 4-7 business days
stationery: 6-12 business days
We will email you a mock-up proof for your approval prior to printing (proofs are generated usually within 4-12 business hours)
WHAT ARE YOU MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES?
Our minimum order quantities are relatively low:
t-shirts: 6 pieces per design (any size combinations)
tote bags: 6 pieces per design
stickers: 25 pieces per design
mugs: 3 pieces per design
buttons/magnets: 10 pieces per design
HOW DO I UPLOAD MY FILE?
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, select 'Checkout'. On The Checkout Page: select the file(s) for us to print and upload using the upload area located after the shipping address. If you need a bit of time – you can email it to us a bit later! DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY?
No. From the 'checkout' page select the option "Credit Cards". You can then enter your details securely in the fields provided.
HOW DO YOU PRINT GARMENTS?
All of our garments are printed Direct-to-Garment (DTG) with water-based, 100% non-toxic ink. In other words, we’ve ditched the yucky stuff and our process is safe, supercharged and as sustainable as possible. We print ink directly onto and into the fabric of the garment - we do not use transfers - 'cause they are plasticky and suck!

CAN I SUPPLY YOU GARMENTS TO PRINT ON?
Sorry, the answer is a polite no. We have spent considerable time and energy to be certain that the garments we print on are WRAP Certified, Fair-Wage Garments produced in North America whenever possible and/or in democratic countries with free elections. We do not print on garments from China.
WHERE IS MY ORDER PRINTED?
All items are printed in our Qualicum Beach Facility with the exception of larger quantities of stationery items which will be printed on an offset press.
HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Our products are printed in-house on the latest digital equipment. Our sticker inks are water-proof, fade-proof and Eco Greenguard Gold Certified. Our garments, face masks and tote bags are printed using water-based, 100% non-toxic ink.
DO YOU HAVE A SUSTAINABILITY POLICY?

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?
Every item we produce is custom made and crafted for the customer who has ordered it. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns. If you are unhappy with your order in any way - PLEASE contact us. We can only grow and thrive if YOU are happy and satisfied with the things we have made for you!
DO YOU STORE MY INFO ON YOUR WEBSITE?
The only information stored on our secure website is your shipping address and email address. Credit card information is sent to PayPal and processed by PayPal. We DO NOT store your credit card information on our website.
